Dosage & Administration:

6 to under 12 years old: 5mL(1 teaspoonful) every 6 hours.

12 years old to adult: 10mL(2 teaspoonful) every 6 hours.

Do not exceed recommended dosage or 4 doses in any 24-hour period.

For children 2 to under 6 years of age consult a healthcare professional.

May be taken with or without food.

Ingredients: Each 5mL of syrup contains Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg, guaifenesin 100 mg, and alcohol 1.4%.

Special Precautions: Patients are advised to ask a doctor if they have chronic cough such as occurs with smoking or chronic lung disease such as asthma or emphysema.

Storage: Store at a temperatures not exceeding 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
