Directions for Use: Take about 5,000mg (1 teaspoon) once a day as a guide. Dissolve in food or drink, mix well, and then consume. Add 1 to 2 scoops (5000mg) into 200mL of water, coffee, smoothie, or other beverage and mix well. For best result drink 2x a day.
Storage Instructions: After opening the package, close the zipper tightly and store it away from direct sunlight and high temperature or humidity. Ideally, it should be stored in a cool, dry place, below 28°C. If the powder sticks to the zipper, it will be difficult to close. Remove the powder before using the zipper tightly.
